I am so pleased to be performing a solo work tonight as part of the first American edition of the Tectonics festival at Issue Project Room in Brooklyn NY. Tonight’s concert will also feature beautiful works by Giacinto Scelsi, Iancu Dumitrescu, Alvin Lucier, Eyvind Kang & Jessica Kenney performed by Oren Ambarchi, Stephen O’Malley, Eyvind Kang, Jessika Kenney, Eli Keszler, Hildur Guðnadóttir, Alan Zimmerman and the creator of Tectonics, Ilan Volkov. more details here

This very special project began some time ago in Norway…   It’s a very personal and unique project for the both of us and we are thrilled to have it out in the world thanks to Emanuele Carcano of PLANAM / Alga Marghen records in Milan. The first pressing is  limited to 150 and is now available through various distributors and shops in Europe/UK and (soon) North America and beyond.

LANCE AUSTIN OLSEN | SCORES & MARKINGS is a compilation of new works created in homage to wonderful Victoria based artist Lance Austin Olsen, instigated and released by Infrequency Editions. Each artist selected one of Olsen’s stunning visual works as a score for a new piece of music. It was a pleasure to work with Lance’s gorgeous Blood & Memory #2 to create this new work, which i am very pleased with.

Also featuring d’incise, Johnny Chang, Mathieu Ruhlmann, Joda Clement and Olsen’s long-time collaborator Jamie Drouin, this compilation is available as a free download with a beautiful essay by Jesse Goin and accompanying scores.
